Lectern is a multipurpose theme. It can be used in combination with the RSVPMaker for Toastmasters plugin or separately. With this theme, you can upload their own header image, which will be displayed as a background image behind the site title and tagline. The header layout and navigation menu are configured to be responsive, reformatting for display on smart phones and other small screens.
